    Dear JMP, good morning. Your plant may be Chrysosplenium americanum (golden-saxifrage). These are wetland and shoreline plants with trailing stems and opposite leaves. I write that this may be because the image is taken from too far away for me to see details (a closer image in addition to this one would be very useful). Perhaps this suggestion will help you find the identity. Best wishes.
