Dear stuarta, from what I can tell, you have a species of Lonicera (honeysuckle). I can't tell you with confidence which species, but it may be Lonicera tatarica (Tatarian honeysuckle) or a hybrid with that species. The paired fruits are diagnostic for this particular group of honeysuckles. Best wishes.
