    Hello there, An easy one for you, I am sure. I had earlier been able to ID this noxious plant but lost the info and cannot come up with it again. Salem, MA Thank you very much, SueLB

    Dear SueLB, I can't see the ovary surface of this plant in the uploaded image, but everything is consistent with Euphorbia maculata (spotted sandmat), a native member of the Euphorbiaceae. Best wishes.
