I don't have a clear view of the leaf blade to view characteristics that would allow a confident identification; however, that written, your plant does look like Petasites japonicus. Be aware it can be very aggressive and difficult to eradicate. But, no doubt, it is an interesting and beautiful plant. Best wishes.
