    Dear dmkrusch, good morning. You've photographed Spiranthes cernua (nodding ladies'-tresses), a native orchid that flowers in the late summer. Notice that the flowers are zygomorphic (i.e., bilaterally symmetrical) and lacks the roughened sepals and petals (Aletris farinosa would have actinomorphic flowers and roughed sepals and petals).
