Any idea what this plant is?

Dear jasbflower, I am unable to tell you what your plant is. Location is a really important piece of information. There are upwards of 500,000 plant species on the planet, but learning the location removes many of the choices that are possible (e.g., the state of Maine only has 2100 species of plants).
