Sighting: Diphasiastrum digitatum at Mammoth Cave, KY

Location notes: Along boardwalk trail of Sloan’s Crossing Pond. Outer rim of boardwalk.

Comments: This was only in one spot that we could see. [Diphasiastrum complanatum does not range that far south, and does not have perfectly planar branching, as in the specimens you have photographed--admin.]
