Sighting: Sassafras albidum at 42.30556, -72.5275

Location notes: This plant was pretty unsuccessful this year due to drought but I was able to locate a few smaller plants in the understory of the uplands at the Notch. This one was found on the left side of the walkway as you are heading towards the power line opening.
