Location notes: This American beech was located in the middle of the woodland of Sunderland.

Comments: American beech is a tree woody plant which grows in the terrestrial habitat. The bark of the tree is light gray. Leaf blade is simple and the edge of the leaf blade has teeth. Leaf shape is elliptic and the venation of the leaf blade is pinnate. The length of the leaf is around 60-120mm and the width of the leaf is around 30-80mm.
