Sighting: Phytolacca americana at West Pine St, Auburndale MA

Location notes: Near edge of the pathway by the baseball field located in Auburndale Cove.

Comments: Herbaceous flowering dicot with distinct deep purple fleshy fruits. Terrestrial and sometimes found in wetlands. Mature plant. Approximate size was 3 feet in height and 5 feet in length.
