Location notes: In the Middlesex Fells Reservation, near the boardwalk on the mountain bike trail. (Take Middle Rd. up from South Border Road almost to the Reservoir; veer down the mountain bike path on your right.)

Comments: Only a few individuals currently blooming; looks like dozens more will open in the next week or so.
