Facts

Black-cumin is native to southern Europe, northern Africa, and southern Asia. It is widely grown for its flavorful seeds and leaves, used as a culinary spice in Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. In addition to being delicious, cumin seed extracts have been shown to reduce the size of cancerous tumors in rats, and also have anti-imflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
