Facts

Rattlesnake brome is native to western and central Asia and widely introduced in parts of Europe, North and South America and Australia. It is also sometimes cultivated as an ornamental grass. In New England it has been collected in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont in fields, roadsides, disturbed areas and dumps.
