Native Plant Trust: Go Botany Discover thousands of New England plants

Sighting: at 41.891276,-72.713391

by David Reik on June 10 2017

Location notes: Near the Farmington River, in the center of this map view: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/41.8926/-72.7169

Comments: I am not sure if this actually white avens at all, or, if it is, which type. I've seen lots of similar plants without the black-tipped wand-like structures in the center of the flower. [This species can't be identified with confidence without additional images, it is not Geum canadense, called white avens--admin.]
